don't tread on me.
Leila in Iirvska.

Leila is imprisoned. Eani contacts her by flashing a mirror.
(still playing with the composition on this... maybe I will redo it...)
This character is Henri. He has walked alone onto the mud plains to perform... sort of a magic spell.

These paintings are all based on a story I have been writing for the past year, a very long story. It was conceived by my sister Missy and me when we were teenagers and then later we decided to pick it up and write it over. It became a monster and has now extended into pictures, as you can see.
First things first. Above is the King of Iirvska. Do not trust this man.

Poor lonely blog. Never will I be so negligent about you again. It's only because I was working.... But... first things first... here is my new studio. I am into watercolors, so I got a lovely drawing table for sale at a Hobby Lobby. See how clean this studio is. (Well, I did not take a picture of the floor, which is always covered in papers.)

Some of my flower paintings on paper are up on display at the Frog at Home, at Westheimer and Kirby near the Avalon diner...

How do you write on a blog...
